Our Story
Baseline Sports Management was born out of a shared passion for racket sports and a vision to connect people through dynamic, high-quality events. Co-founders Marcelo Gouts and Spencer Tanase saw an opportunity to blend their expertise and love for tennis, pickleball and racket sports with the luxury hospitality world. The goal? To offer premier instructional services and events that align with the highest resort standards and their discerning clientele.
